2011 Plans....
With the 2011 racing season approaching, BIG EVIL Racing + Designs has partnered with Thunder Valley Racing to supply 2011 paint schemes for the Design Mods Racing Cup11s mod. I will be a cup painter and may help out with fictionals or other series. We're currently working on a preliminary 2011 Cup set for the Bullring COT until DMR releases their Cupp11s mod.
For racing, I will continue to race at Solstice Racing (https://solsticeracing.forumotion.net/). I'm running a partial schedule in the Pro-Line Cup Series, and the Indycar series. I've focused my efforts into painting lately, so I haven't felt like racing too much. I did win the Indycar race at Homestead this week, but I havent done much.
Last, I wanted to write about the DEI 500 I ran earlier this month. It was a CRAZY day. Waking up at 9 in the morning to race my way in. I ended up qualifying in the top 10, and finished 2nd to Nick Phillip. I've run against Phillip before, so I knew I'd have to beat him. I came back from spinning while entering the pits, which caused me to go a lap down, to leading the following lap while coming back on the lead lap. I ended up winning $50 for finishing 2nd, but I was close on getting the W. I may be running the RealRacer's Inc. money race at Texas, but I haven't test much, so look for me to be running a few other Broadcasts to finally get my first broadcasted victory.
